Senior leadership
I lead the leads. Department heads report to me, and I hold the whole operation to one standard.
I've led grip and rigging departments on major studio films and streaming series. I'm looking for a full-time role where that leadership, planning and safety record can serve one organization over the long term.
On a film set, the key grip runs the department that builds everything the camera and lights hang from, ride on, or work around: rigging, scaffolding, dollies, cranes and overheads, and the crew that moves them.
I've done that job on some of the largest productions being made, leading the department heads beneath me and the teams they run. It means planning days ahead, moving heavy equipment on a fixed schedule, keeping hundreds of people safe, and never being the reason the work stops.
After two decades of going from one production to the next, I want to bring that to a single team and help build it over time.

These productions run on tight budgets and schedules with no room for error. That is the standard I'd bring to your organization.

Years responsible for crews working at height and around heavy loads, on sets with hundreds of people.
Scouts, pre-builds and day-by-day plans, done early so the work starts ready.
Trucks, equipment and people moved between sites on deadlines that don't move.
Large rental packages specified, tracked and returned, through long-standing vendor relationships.
Years alongside producers, directors and cinematographers, turning what they want into a plan a crew can deliver.
